[Zope-Coders] Win32 Test Failures

Hi,

Well, the one line fix should get rid of all those Chevys failing tests, however
there appear to be some genuine failures left :-(

The reproducible one is in TAL's XMLParser, where, on windows, it appears to
loose some events. Who'd be good to speak to about those tests?

Also, there are still frequent but intermittent failures in the DateTime tests,
which ain't good. Anyone got any idea what these might be about?
