[Zope-Coders] call profiler checkin.

I'm going to be checking in a version of the callprofiler on a branch of
the trunk later today. My plan is to check in the working version from
here (Richard's unreleased version), then merge in the patches from Ken,
(which also include some fixes from Tres). Once that's done, I'll make 
sure it's working and we can look at merging into the trunk...
