You set the timeout for this object via the "ZSESSION_TIMEOUT_MINS" environment variable.  Please see your Zope directory's doc/ENVIRONMENT.txt file for more details.

Setting a timeout for a Transient Object Container eg. the default /temp_folder/session_data object doesn't survive a restart.
