Unreproducible under 2.6.  Rejecting as a result.  This is probably a local settings error.

When returning the index page of a site domain name of which ends in .com, Zope returns Content-Type: application/x-msdos-program

Quick way to reproduce the bug under Linux:
> echo 127.0.0.1 nosuchdomainreallyreally.com >>/etc/hosts
> curl -s -I http://nosuchdomainreallyreally.com|grep Content-Type
Content-Type: application/x-msdos-program
