There is hardcoded encoding '8859-1' is some parts of zope. Please let us choose the encoding somewhere (eg. parameter to z2.py, site property in root folder or somewhere in control panel).

For beginners it is flustrating experience to install  zope 
and have no ability to use their language in properties.
They are not willing to search for howto and patch their zope installations --> they will use php.
