When upgrading the win32 binary distribution for Zope 2.6 (Zope-2.6.0-win32-x86.exe) to 2.6.1 using Zope-2.6.x-to-2.6.1-win32-x86.tgz, the file z2.py (in Zope's root folder) is upgraded and the "required path hackery for the win32 binary distribution" on line 236 gets lost.
The visible result is that products using e.g. win32api are disabled.

To fix the problem re-change line 236 from

  swhome=r'INSERT_SOFTWARE_HOME'
  
to the path of the installation, e.g.

  swhome=r'C:\Program Files\Z26'  
  
As this is problem is probably not solvable in a .tgz upgrade, it should be described on http://www.zope.org/Documentation/Misc/InstallingZope.html .
