In the documentation on configuring Zope to run with Fast CGI in Apache (doc/WEBSERVER.txt), the examples use the directives <fcgi-server> and </fcgi-server> for zope.conf.  This is an error; the actual directives are <fast-cgi> and </fast-cgi>.  (This is documented in the comments in zope.conf, and I can attest first-hand that "fcgi-server" will not work.)
