I'm gonna reject this since what should happen is to turn on logging of site errors to the event log.

Then, you can handle stuff however you want, maybe send it to syslog and have syslog mail you.

Or maybe use MailingLogger to mail stuff to you.

This modified SiteErrorLog product will send an email with error information to the recipients specified.
