Please add 
self.ip = ip
self.port = port
in ZServer/ICPServer.py
in the constructor for BasicICPServer

this will make it show up in the "Network Services"
that are available in the Control Panel.  It checks
AppManager.getServers() checks the servers for a 
'port' attribute; if they do not have this it will
not show up.
