This has been checked in - thanks to all involved.  I will note that in testing, Sidnei found that Inno 5.x does *not* work.

It appears I can not mark this as resolved, but it is :)

And the old Inno actually broke on a recent security update on Win2k. Another reason to switch this soon. Hope I find time during xmas.

FYI, the signature of Inno's InputDir() changed incompatibly in Inno 4.1.8.  I think it's fine to require a recent version of Inno.

This patch allows WinBuilders to use pywin32-203.  This build has some nice features, including that services again work on Windows NT, so will fix #1423.  It will also allow the functionality in #1527 to be used.  I will be adding another patch later for services that will depend on this.

The patch requires a cygwin unzip.  It installs a complete pywin32 build maintaining the directory structure.

Note that recent builds of Inno fail with the .iss install script - InputDir() requires 3 params.  The patch also fixes this, but I'm not sure if it breaks old Inno versions.
