Following the examples in the Zope Book's "Extending Zope" chapter to:

* Create a Product
* Create a ZClass (without a base class)
* Create a property sheet 
* Create a view of the property sheet (using the sheet's manage method)
* Create an instance of the ZClass
* Go to the property sheet's edit view

...and there are no navigation tabs.  If I use Folder as a base class, there are navigation tabs.  The pictures in the documentation show that there should be navigation tabs.  Under 2.7.6, there are navigation tabs.
