manage_convertIndexes mixes two migration steps that don't belong together:

1. Recreating indexes derived from UnIndex.

2. Converting some CMF indexes to DateIndexes and DateRangeIndexes.

While the first step is necessary for all catalogs and seems to work fine, the second step doesn't belong into Zope Core, has no tests and breaks CMF sites created with CMF versions older than 1.5.1.

I propose to remove the second migration step completely from manage_convertIndexes.
