Upon starting Zope 2, using either the "bin/runzope" or "bin/zopectl start" methods, the current directory of the Zope process(es) is left at whereever you were when you ran those scripts.

It would be better if those two scripts had one line added:

    cd $INSTANCE_HOME

for a consistent starting point.  In my case the problem was relative-path LocalFS folders that became valid or invalid depending upon where you were when you restarted Zope.  It can also bite people who may be reading/writing ordinary files/logs in external methods.
