The related distribution code has been removed. If there is a requirement for a similiar functionality one have to come up with a new implementation. For now this code and functionality has gone.

This is not a critical problem since ZClasses are not a critical component of Zope.

The Distribution of TTW developed products is broken by default by the deprication of the rotor module in python 2.3
It would be good to either change the cryptography module that is used for this function or remove the crypographic functionality all together.
It would be good enough to distribute a built rotor module with the MS Windows Package.
It would also be good enough to supply a dummy package and either disable the un-redistributable feature, or at least warn that all packages that are put together for distribution are in fact redistributable.
