[Zope-it] Come poter definire che i mebmbri col ruolo X abbiano la loro frontpage e folder nella directory non Members ma definita da me?

Ciao a tutti :)
In PLone e Zope sto definendo nuovi ruoli dei members. Vorrei che quando =
un nuovo utente si registra possa definire in che "ruolo" registrarsi e =
quindi la sua frontpage e folder personale siano create nella directory, =
per esempio, OPERAI (roles scelto) e non in quella classica members.
Come posso fare?
