You will want to cover the firestorm set off by Shane Hathaway's
mini-proposal(1) on the ZPT mailing list(2).  Proposed changes go from
adding two new tags(1) to changing the order of tal: operations(3) to
allowing a user-selectable order of operations(4) to no changes at
all(5).  No conclusions yet...
