[zope-news] workflow

i am quickly learning that the current workflow is really not adequate. It
make it prohibitively difficult to assemble an issue of zope news.

I'm thinking about setting up a CMF/plone site to manage this. Does anyone
have any thoughts/ideas/suggestions on the matter?
