---------------------------

- Changed versions: ztk.cfg

  - zope.i18nmessageid (3.5.0 -> 3.5.1)
  - zope.publisher (3.12.1 -> 3.12.2)

Summary of important changes
----------------------------

- Merge the two project templates into a single one (bluebream)
  by allowing to create a flat or nested namespace structure,
  and choose the package name.

- Enabled Distribute by default instead of Setuptools
