Ok so, we have :
- zope.xxx (core products)
- zc.xxx (zope corporation oss products)
- zf.xxx (zope foundation products)
- z3c.xxx (zope3 community products)

What does is the difference between zf and z3c ? The ZF agreement
acceptation ? Why does a zope's package go in z3c and not zf ?
