The grok folks are using SVN externals to reference the bootstrap/
directory from the zc.buildout project, so they avoid copying, but
still have the convenience of including bootstrap.py in the checkout.
This seems like a reasonable approach to me; avoiding a separate step
to get the bootstrap.py is a good idea.
