The important part is:
     "A copy of the ZPL should accompany this distribution."

I couldn't care less, but Ubuntu and Debian get very antsy if you ignore
this point.

We want schooltool to be distributed in Ubuntu, and schooltool depends
zope.html.

But actually, now, I see that there is no copyright headers in any file
in zope.html. So I guess I have to either revert my commit, or add the
headers.
