  I have decided that the functionality of the KGS code is good enough to be its own 
  project. Once I am done, the zope.release package will only manage the actual Zope 3 KGS 
  and provide the customized scripts.
  
  I am also planning to do some work based on the feedback we got from Tres and Chris.
