As I told Jim, this line is fully covered in many tests, and I
couldn't think of any new test
that wouldn't required a very complex test fixture where we would have
a environment with
a setuptools then a distribute installed.

The line is similar except that instead of comparing objects to make
sure the requrement
is equal, it compare locations. And I've controlled that there ware no
regression
for the various tests that cover this line.
