  branch to check and ensure that selenium requests have cleanly separated ZODB connections
  
  This started out originally as an investigation of problems with the Zope2 test setup code, but the tests I wrote to pinpoint the problematic behaviour are applicable for all other flavours, too, so I'm going to integrate them on this branch
