Yes.  We also require tests for Launchpad/Canonical work, but I got permission for this one locally because it was just a disabling of a warning.  I could give it a whirl if Zope community folks felt differently.  It might only run if Distribute were used to build buildout, but that's the current way to test Distribute + buildout anyway.
