[Checkins] SVN: zope.interface/trunk/CHANGES.txt Having non-ascii text in the description wasn't a good idea for Python 3, which will try to decoded it according to default encodding, which may vary. We could make the encoding explicit, but that would have to be Python 2 compatible and not pretty, and much work for just one character.
