  Added meta data for test case methods created with
  zope.testing.doctestcase.

  - Reasonable values for __name__

  - For doctestfile methods, provide filename and filepath
    attributes.

  The meta data us useful, for example, for selecting tests with the
  nose attribute mechanism.
