  We need alpha versions of some zope.app packages for tests to pass

Previous versions of tox would default to installing prereleases from
PyPI; now we have to ask for them explicitly.

Note: zope.app.wsgi >= 4.0.0a4 is needed on Python 2.x as well, because
we use the newly-added BrowserLayer(allowTearDown=True) argument.
