  Use new API of zope.testbrowser >= 5.0.0.

- all browsertests are now using WSGI
- therefore remove the "simpler" FunctionalDocFileSuite with only ZCML layer

  Drop the `zope.app.testing` extra.

It dropped its special ``zope.testbrowser`` support and we do not need it for
our tests or code any more.
