[Committers] Getting the election process started

I hope you don't mind being subscribed to this list. :)

I'd like to get the elections underway.  The first step is to  
nominate potential
Committer Directors.  Right now, we have a single Strategic Developer,
so committer members can elect one director.  Hopefully, more  
strategic developers
will sign up and we'll be able to elect more board members.  In any  
case, the
election process described in the by laws:

Seems to provide enough flexibility to elect as many board members
as needed presuming we can get enough nominees (and presuming I can
figure out the voting-counting process :).

I'll be working on the dirt-simple voting app over the next few days.

Note that only a committer member can be a director, so only a committer
can be nominated.  Please nominate by sending email to this list.
