[Committers] Membership agreements

I realized yesterday, and confirmed that all members have to submit
membership agreements:

ZopeFoundationMembershipAgreement.pdf

This means that we (committers) need to submit *both* committer  
agreements
and membership agreements.  I apologize for not asking for this  
earlier.  I am
a bit relieved though that membership and committer rights are not so  
tightly
linked.

So please submit your membership agreements as soon as possible.  The
methods should be used as with the committer agreements:

(See the top of that document. :)

If you prefer, it is acceptable to send just pages 1 and 9.
