[Committers] Committer-member director voting is now open

It is time to vote for committer-member directors for the first  
Foundation board.

There are three nominees:

- Martijn Faassen
- Stephan Richter
- Tres Seaver

To vote, use the following ssh command:

   ssh svn.zope.org vote cmd1 nominees

where "nominees" is one or more of "faassen", "srichter",
and "tseaver".   ("cmd1" is the issue id and stands
for committer-member-director election 1.)

The order of nominees reflects your preferences.

For example:

   ssh svn.zope.org vote cmd1 tseaver srichter

indicates that your first preference is Tres and that
your second preference is Stephan.

Voting will close one week from today on the 21st.
Directors will be announced on the 22nd.
