[Committers] Committer board seat nominations

At close of nominations, we have two people who have accepted nomination
to the two open committer board seats:

 - Martijn Faassen

 - Myself

I would therefore propose that we, the committers, elect the two
nominees "by acclamation", without going through the formality of
conducting voting over SSH.

Unless a committer member objects by mindnight tomorrow night, I will
declare the two nominees so elected.
