So will we use a personal address or set up a mailbox?  Who is going
to validate the GPG signatures and count the votes?  What is
involved in validating the signatures?  Who is going to coordinate
the necessary web of trust?  I don't know a lot about GPG,
but I know enough to be skeptical that it will require
no work for the people tallying the votes.  But as long as
it isn't me, whatever.
