[ZF] Getting started, committers.

Hey Jim,

Thanks for getting the ball rolling for the committing members.  
Should we also discuss on this list role of the "Associate Members".

 From a marketing standpoint I like "Contributing Member" more than  
Associate Member but regardless of what you want to call it the  
membership fee should be under 100 USD so that as many people as  
possible can afford it (not the close to 300 USD that is currently  
pencilled in).

The higher the member count the better as it serves as a vital metric  
for just how many people use/benefit from Zope and these membership  
dues will generate funds to finance infrastructure projects.

Contributing Members help finance the Zope Foundation's work  
including grants. Grants in particular are used to finance major  
enhancements to the Zope ecosystem. Enhancements that may benefit any  
sofware using Zope including Plone, Silva, CPS, Issue Tracker, and  
others.

This membership type is recommended for anyone who uses/benefits from  
Zope related software and would like to improve or enhance Zope but  
has either no time or lacks the coding skills to become a committing  
member.
