I would like to continue serving on the board of the foundation. For
those who might not know me well, here is a quick bio:

- ---------------------------------- %< ------------------------------------
Tres Seaver discovered Python in 1998 while working on large CORBA
applications. At IPC8 (Houston, November 1998) he heard the announcment
that Digital Creations was open-sourcing their Principia product, later
named Zope, and began to participate in the community which formed around
it immediately. He moved to Fredericksburg in 2000 to work for Digital
Creations, remaining with them for five years. During that time, he was
project lead for the Content Management Framework, which spun off the
Plone CMS as an independent community project. He organized the Zope
track at IPC10 (Long Beach, 2001), and has the t-shrits from more than 30
Zope, Plone, and Python events.

After leaving the renamed Zope Corporation, Tres formed a Agendaless
Consulting, Inc. with Paul Everitt and Chris McDonough, two other former
DC/ZC-ers, and worked with them to bring key Zope technologies into the
Python / WSGI world via the Repoze project, culminating in the merger of
the repoze.bfg framework into the Pylons project as Pyramid.

A founding member of the Zope Foundation in 2006, Tres was elected to the
foundation's board in 2008, and has served as the presitent of the board
since 2010.
