Hi,

I believe that Kevin was editing the html directly. I have tried to help
by donating code which can be used to generate all webpages directly
from rst files using the same template. Because of that all links (see
contents in tutorial.html) are styled the same on all pages. I agree
that the links are not strongly identified as hyperlinks and that they
should be. I only darkened the links because I didn't feel that I should
play too much with a design and styling which was the creative effort of
another. My main intention was to help make the site more easily
maintainable.

Contents links (eg tutorial contents listing) are wrapped in <div
id="contents"> so it is no problem to keep them grey whilst styling
other links with standard blue. Shall I commit that?
