I agree. Developer's Notes is a great name.

I beg to differ :) The Rules of Grok sounds to me more like... a  
collection of rules. Or at least some guiding principals (which might  
not be a bad idea to create, considering that there is a lot of  
convention over configuration going on), but these really feel like  
notes.
