[Grok-dev] grokproject: paster support in trunk now

I finally found 2 hours to add the changes from my d2m-dual-startup
branch into the trunk.

Things changed:
* setup now installs the paster template set by default
* use the option --zopectl to select 'zopectl' templates
* there is another template set for paster support (template_paster)
  another test for paster (tests_paster.txt)
* the 'old' template has been renamed to 'template_zopectl'
  the 'old' test.txt has been renamed to 'tests_zopectl.txt'

README.txt describes the new options.
