[Grok-dev] grokcore.view 1.13 not installable?

When trying to install grokcore.view 1.13 I get this error:

An error occured when trying to install grokcore.view 1.13.Look above 
this message for any errors thatwere output by easy_install.

was 1.13 a broken release?
