[Grok-dev] Errors with the current dependencies??

I had recently tried the Python 2.6 and Grok 1.1a2 combination hoping
it would work, but I got the same sort of error with zope.publisher.
I had to revert to Python 2.5 to get it to work. (Debian-based Linux)

Hopefully, Grok will work with Python 2.6 fairly soon.
(Example: I wanted to help review the windows install documentation,
but the only windows computer I have has been upgraded to 2.6 and is somewhat "locked-down" by the IT department. Not worth the hassle to
install the old version again I'm afraid.)

2.6 has been the current Python release for 16 months. I know there
are a lot of dependent libraries, but eventually they have to catch up.
Hopefully, the ZTK and all the re-factoring will make 2.6 a possibility
for Grok soon. Sounds like it will help the Apple people also.
