[Grok-dev] zc.buildout 1.5.0

Hi Gary,

i think the problem is that grokproject does not use an "uptodate" 
bootstrap.py file.

http://svn.zope.org/grokproject/trunk/grokproject/template/bootstrap.py?rev=112982&view=markup

This file is *shipped* with every grokproject. I will try to add
a new one tomorrow. Maybe it helps...
