[Grok-dev] ZTK 2.0 process and Grok

Hi JW,

thanks a lot for looking at this.

@Leonardo, yes, bringing Grok towards Python3 and PyPy is a very 
exciting aim.

@Grok community: do you envision any action the ZF could take to support 
the ZTK development  so as to make these aims for Grok easier to achieve?
