What I think would be a good step forward is to have a static Grok
website served from readthedocs.org or perhaps even from pythonhosted.or
g.

I believe this is actually feasible as a lot of the documentation is
already in rst/sphinx anyway.

This would also relieve quinta from having to drag along the old VM.
