[Grok-doc] Regular Report Details

Hi there,

Martijn suggested that we provide a regular progress report (and I
interpret that to mean that each group may decide how to go about
this?); I guess we need to decide how regular that would be. What
time-frame would be:

* regular enough to motive plenty of work
* but with enough time between so that we can report a good amount of progress
?

Also, I think it would be useful for it to contain a section on how
many articles have been reviewed vs. how many are still outstanding.
It would be nice to see that ratio steadily improving :)

Any thoughts? Sebastian?
