[Grok-doc] releasing-software reviewed

Hi there,

I reviewed the releasing-software doc on

  http://grok.zope.org/documentation/how-to/releasing-software

and think it's in good shape (well, not too surprising).

I removed the 'maybe-outdated' marker and fiddled around with launchpad
blueprint for this doc (probably creating a mess there).

How can I tell launchpad/the doc-group best that the item can be removed
from the todo list?
