[ZDP] ZBook small correction

Hi,

I've been reading through the ZBook and found a small problem. In
chapter 1, you say something like this:

"Although Zope uses an internal object database, Zope is not incapable
of using relational databases as resources."

The use of double negation (is not incapable) can be replaced by a much
cleaner wording: is capable.
