[ZDP] RFD: "Zope Snippets"

Just keep things simple. Codes and comments. And give a status: tested
(working/failed), and not (tested). Snippets are supposed to be specific
and isolated. If you have more than that..it's a candidate for a how-to.

Being simple would also encourage people to actually post the snippets.
