[ZDP] ZDP site cleaning

Hi !

I have cleaned up the ZDP site a little bit. It now focuses on it's unique 
content,
and projects that are no longer interesting are not pointed to and marked as 
no
more active.

Turns out that we have the following content that still matters:

Zope FAQ
Zope Snippets (code examples)
Zope Quick Reference

The Zope FAQ and Snippets should be moved to a site like 
http://www.zopelabs.com/
or new.zope.org. The Zope Quick Reference will be picked up by Stephan 
Richter, as
he is writing a book on it, so we can still host it on the ZDP site, 
although we could move it
also to Zope.org to completely get rid of the ZDP site.
