[Zope-ZEO] PersistentList, and other ZODB submissions

Now that Zope 2.2final has been released, can we start looking at
including some of my patches?  One is a PersistentList class, that
wraps lists much as PersistentMapping wraps a mapping:

The second item is the setup.py scripts for installing ExtensionClass,
and the ZODB.  Brian, can you take a look at these changes now?
